Sunset Gardens is an existing (24) unit property located in Midvale, Utah and is currently providing affordable housing for families. Housing Connect selected ej architecture for the new design that will increase the density to (89) units and provide a new residential building with site amenities that will foster confidence and interaction within the community. The project has been submitted to Utah Housing Corporation as a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit project.
