New City Plaza

Ej architecture is proud to have been selected to design the renovation and new construction for New City Plaza, a high profile affordable senior housing community in Salt Lake City. The project consists of two high rise towers on one site owned by Housing Connect and the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City.  The towers will be fully renovated and connected with a new modern entry designed to enhance functionality and provide a cohesive environment for the residents to connect with one another. The project is scheduled for completion in 2022.
