Casa del Sol is an existing (154) unit affordable housing family property located in Pueblo, CO. The renovation will include much-needed life safety upgrades such as new stairs, railings, and rated windows. Accessibility upgrades will also be part of the renovation in addition to new finishes and new kitchen and bathroom upgrades. The project was recently completed in 2020 in partnership with Community Preservation Partners.
